Macaroni and Tomatoes
1 8-10 ounce box elbow macaroni
1 15 ounce can whole or petite diced tomatoes
Salt/Pepper
Cook macaroni in medium saucepan according to bix directions; drain-return to pan and add the tomatoes and stir until thoroughly combined.
Simmer on very low heat for about 20 to 30 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serves about 6-8 people.
Baked Penne Pasta
1 8-10 ounce box Penne pasta
1 large jar Ragu Sweet sausage and cheese pasta sauce
Parmesan cheese
Cook the pasta in medium saucepan according to package directions; drain-return to pan.
Add the pasta sauce and mix thoroughly. Put the mixture in a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Bake 30 to 45 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
Remove from oven; add parmesan cheese on top.
Great served with hot garlic bread or garlic sticks!!
